How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for resin and molds?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of chemical products, we cannot accept returns for resin or hardener bottles that have been opened or have the safety seal broken.
Are Let's Resin products safe for home use?
Yes, our resins are formulated to be low-odor and non-toxic when used as directed in a well-ventilated area. However, we always recommend wearing gloves and safety glasses, and keeping products out of reach of children and pets.
My resin is cloudy or has bubbles. What should I do?
Cloudiness is often caused by cold temperatures. We recommend placing your resin bottles in a warm water bath before mixing. To minimize bubbles, stir slowly and use a heat gun or torch on the surface of your project after pouring.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
